This subway location is usually on point and delicious however today 11/25 around 7pm my meatball sub was such a letdown. Total of 4 and 1/2 meatballs on each six inch and the layout was odd lol.You were raised better than that Subway ?

The Stow location is always clean, friendly, and welcoming. The staff are prompt, courteous, and precise when preparing your sandwich or salad. One of the best Subway locations I have discovered.

We had ordered online and we got the wrong food accidentally. Luckily we live close and went back to get our correct subs. They were super apologetic about what happened and made fresh subs for us. Mistakes happen, we’re all human!

I had a long day today and the was looking for something quick, an in and out kinda of thing. What I got was warm smiles and an upbeat greeting. The kind of vibe you get when you walk into a family shop in your old neighborhood. The team on duty were personable and well trained... the sandwich artistry was on display and my order was perfectly prepared, wrapped, and bagged. For all the Subway field staff and the owner of this location please pass on my thanks to Elliot, Sami, and Lilly for a great experience, positive energy, and tasty meal. You guys rock!!
I have got subs at this location in front of the Meijer store in Stow before and the food is good. The staff has always been very nice! I would recommend going there.

The best subway around. The employees are awesome! Friendly and generous with toppings. The owner of this establishment should be proud! So lucky this location is near my work. My husband and I have drove to this location for lunch on our days off. Great job to all!

Honestly just poor management. I ordered my salad online. They didn’t heat up the chicken or bacon. The chicken was the wrong chicken, and it wasn’t thawed out. So it was frozen. No cheese, I bought extra. Also not chopped.I call them and go back they “fix” my order. Quickly redo it. Leave out the Guac I paid for. Leave out the double cheese I paid for. They did heat up the meat this time because I specifically said to, how else can you eat it.They still don’t chop the salad but at this point I need to go back to work.I ate a salad with huge chicken chunk, no cheese, full tomatoes and full pepper rings.The owner/manager sat there eating and didn’t come help. Didn’t correct or do anything. Idk the experience just sucks. Only get subs. Mind you I worked at subway for 2 years this is all easy and things that are taught.
