Went in for lunch today for Halloween, and everyone was super friendly. I got an Outlaw sub with steak which was delicious.Restaurant was very clean.Everyone was efficient with my order.

HORRIBLE customer service. Staff decides to leave early and not turn off their online ordering and then can't help me with a refund. Seems nobody there knows what they're doing, employees should learn how to press a button to turn off online ordering ??‍♀️

Good help is hard to find and that surely applies here. Deadpan, apathetic workers whose aim is to avoid issues and then go somewhere else.Vegetarian options: If you want no meat on your food, that's easy here with many choices.

Placed an order online for pickup at 830 pm today. Arrive and the employee asks if it was online to which i reply yes. He then chuckles at me and tells me they are out of bread?? with this demeanor I thought he was joking- he then tells me that he can make a bowl!! How can you charge someone for food and then not have it? He again chuckles at me and tells me to go online for the refund!! When I confront him about his lack of caring for the customer he tells me to leave before he calls the police? Great customer service there!!!!

Came during business hours, employees inside and doors locked. When customers tried to go in they just sat behind the counter and chuckled.Pretty cool honestly.

The management needs to hire or schedule more at night. Everytime I'm in here there is only one poor worker dealing with a long list of online orders and a line of customers ALONE.
