The customer service is also great, they can be understaffed sometimes, but the workers,like Ann, are always so kind and they even remember my order. Highly recommend!“

“I personally want to thank the staff on 12/15/2022 at 4:30pm. They asked if I didn't want cheese sauce on my fries.After I had requested to not want shredded cheese on them, as well as requesting to not have cheese sauce on my rice & bean burrito. <3 The small things. They also got my order ready in under a minute. I've been in fast food before, and that amount of effort is above and beyond.P.S It's great to have a 'team' where everyone puts in their share of the work. This type of service happens when that is achieved. I've only have the privilege of experiencing that a few times when I worked in fast food, where everyone there is willing to put in the work. “Between the price increases and longer wait time due to staffing, picking up quality fast food has been rough lately. I stop in here once a month or so because it is fairly convenient to I77 while traveling and they have a nice grassy area outback where the dog can stretch her legs. We did have to wait a bit for our food this last visit because there were only two women inside working but it was well worth it. I went with the number 1 and it was the best Big Mac I've had in a long, long while. It was picture perfect and hot! In a time of flattened half size wonder patties, pieces of lettuce the size of clovers and watered down pops during budget cuts it was an awesome surprise. Maybe I was lucky because I've been there before when the line stretched out to the road and fries were delivered to the pull ahead area, cold. But those two women were hustling that day and getting the job done. I hope they stick around for awhile.“

“Chicken tenders were cooked well, could use a bit more in the seasoning department. I would pass on the side all together. Between the Mac or mash I wouldn’t get either. Also the smell of inside the dining room was pretty bad.Parking: Parking is all over the place“

“I believe this was the first time my elderly dad had been to this location. He wanted to sit somewhere to see the traffic going by. He enjoyed the food and the atmosphere!! The employees were very nice and we were very impressed with their hospitality and friendliness. On our way out the door, they said “Thank you for stopping at Wendy’s! “I had an issue with my first order, rated my order and received a call back to solve the issue very soon. ?Got offered a replacement. We came back for the second time and we got another pizza and even free brownies on top of that. These people working here definitely care about keeping their customers happy and they went above and beyond to make sure we come back satisfied. ??Manager was so nice and personally made the replacement pizza for us.
