Food was delicious, my bowl was packed to the rim and the staff was very polite. The payment system froze while I was there and the gentleman that I think is the owner or manager that was there at the time comped my order even though I offered to stay until it was up and running to pay, but they insisted that they comp me for the inconvenience. Which, it really wasn’t an inconvenience at all. All in all a lovely experience!

Enough is enough! The tall girl with brown hair (don’t know her name) because the other employee refused to give me her name, stating that it’s the company policy that they are not allowed to give out their names, which is a lie because I found the name on my receipt ….. ABIGAIL! She is very rude!! She never smiles and has a horrible attitude. She completely ignored me after I paid. I rang the bell and beeped my horn. All I wanted was my receipt! I’m glad the other employee gave it to me after I asked because now I see that abigail didn’t even put everything in my drink that I requested. SMH. Idc how good the smoothies are. Being kind and nice goes a long way! It sucks because I like pulp and this store is convenient for me but I will not be coming here any more!!!!!! Y’all just lost a regular!! Oh, and btw they don’t rinse off their utensils in between cutting wraps!

Specifically the location on Tuscawaras st in Canton served me the worst smoothie I've ever had. Other locations have gotten it right but what this one served me is unacceptable.

I’m absolutely done with this Pulp location. Service is bad and most of the time I order a bowl the frozen Açaí or Dragonfruit base is completely melted when they hand it to me. So I basically pay $10 for a banana and some peanut butter. Never again. Smoothie King down the road is light years better.

The Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is back!

We normally go to the Streetsboro Pulp once a week. For the last three months, the service has been terrible at this location. It takes forever to get your drinks and almost every other time our orders are incorrect. I recommend using a different Pulp to go to. The Stow and Kent location are much better!

I come here often with my husband and we usually don’t have an issue but this is not the 3rd time I’ve come before close and they “are only excepting credit cards” I’m a general manager at a food place and we have to accept cash and card up until close so I’m a little confused on how this business can pick and choose which days/nights they want to keep accepting cash until close. If you’re going to do it some nights then it needs to be every night or have it posted that you don’t accept cash the last 20-30 minutes of open. Very unprofessional. And annoying.
