My husband and I visited this location during our recent trip. The staff was super friendly, the location was very clean and the Italian ice and custard was absolutely delicious! We loved it so much that we came back the very next day. The owners were so attentive that they recognized us and greeted us like family. This is the definitely the best custard in Ohio, a must visit!
Great menu with lots of options. I've enjoyed everything I've tried from Rita's so far and considering how obsessed my wife is with this chain, I'll assuredly be back multiple times. Staff is definitely green but everyone seems to be doing their best in my opinion.

Brought the kiddos here for a treat and it did not disappoint. Service was excellent and fast with us having limited time dealing with two young kids :) Highly recommend to any family with kids!
