We did a pick up order for a birthday family gathering. The food was so favorable, fresh and was enjoyed by everyone…including the kids! What a great way to have a delicious mealwithout all the fuss. Highly recommend this authentic Mexican restaurant!

Coleslaw served with the chips and salsa, yum! Took friends from out of town and they loved it as much as us! They liked the sangria, too.
Everything was good and well presented, server was friendly and attentive. Prices were fair for an authentic Mexican meal and good sized portions. Enjoyed trying the fresh juice drinks. Everything was fresh and well seasoned. Would certainly try them again, there is a really good variety to choose from so will be willing to try something different.

My wife and I tried Amigo's for the first time two weeks ago. I do not ever right reviews, but I felt compelled because I think this is a hidden gem that might be overlooked by more established Mexican restaurants in the area.I got the chicken street tacos and they were fantastic. Seriously some of the best tacos I have ever gotten. So much so that my wife and I had to go back the following week and got the exact same thing. Other people in our party had fajitas and a taco salad and they all said they were great. The side of rice and beans was great and so was the salsa. We also got a dish of coleslaw as a chip dip which felt weird at first but we all fell in love with it!Seriously, I know there are a lot of good Mexican restaurants in the area, but if you haven't tried Amigos, you really should.

My fiancé and I go to many different Mexican restaurants and this has the best attention to flavor by far, all of their dishes are packed with homemade flavor. We will definitely be back!

Best Mexican restaurant in Strongsville. Hands down. The staff is super friendly and seem to care about providing the best experience. The food is flavorful and fresh. I got the Al Pastor Street Tacos. The tacos were loaded with filling and the spicy sauce that comes with them is delish! The beans and rice both have great flavor. The salsa and cole slaw (sounds weird, but a nice palate cleanser) that come with the meals are both good. And you can't go wrong with the house margarita.I highly suggest trying out Amigos! We will continue to choose them whenever we want Mexican food.

We chose Amigos on a whim this past weekend while in Strongsville and were very pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent (the dippable slaw took a moment to get used to but we really enjoyed it) and our server was very helpful with suggestions. Portion sizes were very generous. We will definitely be back and bring friends.
I don't know how other people are giving this place good reviews. This was possibly the most bland and flavorless Mexican food I have ever tasted. I ordered fajitas and the peppers and onions were crunchy and mostly raw, like they put the raw vegetables on the cast iron skillet they served it on for 10 seconds and expected that to cook them. Rice was bland, black beans were completely flavorless like they just opened a can and served them in the sauce from the can. Rice, Lettuce and sour cream was served on a scorching hot plate so the lettuce was hot and wilty...mmm yum. Our server was nice and professional, but the kitchen was extremely slow with our food order and everyone else's in the restaurant. Bottom line: if you love bland, tasteless under cooked food, this is the place for you.

I have had better salsa. The food was fair. To each their own. Our server was pushy and slow even though it was not

If you want to drink margaritas or a corona and eat rice and beans... go somewhere else. However, if you want to experience gourmet Mexican food, visit this Strongsville hidden gem. My family and I have enjoyed this experience at least once a week for a year. In doing so, we have tried everything on the menu and loved every meal. The carnitas in particular is tender and wonderful. If you don't see something on the menu that strikes you, ask if they'll create something special for you. The owner Gustavo and his primary chef Jorge love the challenge to create something new, unique and different. They ALWAYS win the challenge! The wait staff, Gabriella & Abby are wonderful and attentive. Don't wait! Visit Amigos NOW and you will immediately feel like you're with your "south of the border family".

Great tacos. They DON'T make you buy them as a three taco meal either.... You buy the meal you can add ala cart street tacos, whichever flavor/ meats you want as well... mix and match! I'll tell you right now Rico's doesn't do that. They looked at me as if they couldn't make it happen even though it's obviously their restaurant and they could. I may have to revisit that review...? Tacos and sides were both great, service and speed great.
