Last time I was there, flies were crawling around on the dough and the workers caught an attitude when politely reminded. Nuggets were burnt and cold. When my sister asked nicely for new ones they slammed them on the counter with no words. Crazy how downhill service has gone everywhere.

The location by Dillard’s is always blasting incredibly vulgar music, that you can hear down the hallway and in other stores. It’s so loud that half the time you can’t even hear whatever music the actual store you’re in is playing. Watched whoever was blasting it today catch an attitude when someone asked him to turn the music off.

Yikes….inconsistent staff and quality of food. Some good experiences, some bad. I did a survey and their DM reached out to me. She blamed my bad experience on COVID. After I told her that I work in the mall and I know Covid can provide difficulties with staffing and availability but it isn’t the reason for poor service… It usually is a result of lack of leadership. She became very hostile and told me if I can do better then I can fill out an application. That response from a DISTRICT MANAGER to a customer!!! Just wow… goes to show you how this place is run. Also I’m not applying for training your staff for auntie Ann’s wages ?

i couldn’t give them zero stars so i had to give them one. the woman working had a long pony tail that first of all was not put up and i found her weave hair fibers in my burnt pretzels. not only did she charge me twice without letting me know, but screamed at me as i was at the top of the escalator and had to come all the way down. she told me it didn’t go through, when i showed her my bank account balance. i tried to calmly talk to her but she slapped her leg and clapped in my face for asking a question. her manager was no help. worst experience ever and will not going back. and i’m not racist but her lashes were basically falling off and her weave was not cute.

my pretzel bites were literally burnt…. also i asked for a pretzel and he gave me the bites and was also incredibly rude. HE asked ME if i wanted a second bag and when i said yes, he threw it on the counter and sighed like it was the biggest deal in the world. i went to the one on the first floor right by the entrance!!

Lee has been one of kindest workers I have ever seen. He does a very good job and always consider him for a raise or make him a manager!

The location upstairs by the old sears is absolutely terrible they have an attitude and do not care to help you waited over 10 mins in line for a small lemonade because she didn’t feel like helping me right away and continued to have an attitude . Bigger girl with brown hair .

We needed a snack at the mall and this was something we remembered liking as kids. It was a surprisingly long wait but the food was fresh. I felt like it was a sodium bomb but the kids liked it

Boys upstairs throw dough at the ceiling, managers are toxic will value the ceiling dough boys over the cash cows sweating up the cash downstairs at the other 2 locations honeslty sick i dont know how management sleeps at night actually thinking they are doing something when their hardest working staff is against them for a fact anyone know the owner joe i heard hes showing up soon someone should really talk to him hopefully the whole crew just turns on the managers and gets rid of the problem once and for all.

I would’ve had a much better experience if I didn’t have to witness a higher up lady named screaming at her employees for no reason. They are all great people, but that lady will bring your company down. Really wish I would’ve seen her name tag.
