They have improved the food and service it is still not on my top list as there is are much better Mexican restaurant in the area that constantly have good food and service

Worst experience to date. 4 out of 5 meals were cold. One person received 2 out of 3 tacos. Was told the kitchen was backed up and they were waiting on rice. The one meal that was warm had the rice. At least the specialty drinks for the Eclipse were creative and fun. Update: one of the managers adjusted the bill and made it a much more favorable experience.

We love barrio for their make your own tacos and we were happy to hit it up during happy hour. I got the "We like to paddy"drink and it's pretty much a margarita with no flavor. Food was good as usual. But the service was terrible. The hostess sat every party in a small area and the server took a really long time to acknowledge anyone. Then she took We longer to bring water out. Other people sat for well over 15 minutes without being acknowledged by her.

The service isn’t the best. Me working in customer service most of my life I learned that you try and fix problems. And when we did the Uber deal buy one get one we didn’t get one of the boxes and Uber couldn’t do anything without an extra charge. And all they had todo was make another box bc it was free I have the prof of the purchase. But the two ladies at the front I wish I got their names were just so rude and acted like they didn’t care. What happened to customer service and being kind to the customers who are having issues. Why is it always just attitude and attacking immediately? And when I called twice no one answered.

Was so excited a location was closer by than Cleveland area, went midday on a Friday wasn’t too busy inside. Upon being seated waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to get drink orders or even greet, ended up going back up to hostess stand to tell her no one had come up (even though I had seen two waiters by the section I was in) hostess told me she would have someone come over right away after I told her which table we were at and how long we had been waiting, took another 7 minutes to have a waiter come (who took their time walking over jotting stuff into the handheld thing they carry), I’m normally very understanding as I’ve worked years in the service industry but the waiter that finally came to us had been over to a group right by us multiple times in the time that we waited for someone to come to our table once. The rest of the service was alright, the food however was wrong, we both had ordered specialty shells and received only soft shells..I am a new mom and very rarely get to go out to eat anymore and was very disappointed in the service and food received

The food here is great and dine in is great but do NOT order for pick up/delivery. We got queso and salsa but no chips at all? Am I supposed to scoop it with my hands? My wife got a bowl with cauliflower rice and it had just regular rice in it. It was delivered so not really an easy fix unfortunately. If this is the "care" they put into takeout then maybe we shouldn't go back.
Roman was a wonderful bartender! Much needed Monday margherita! He made great small talk and made our stop into Strongsville Barrio great! We will be back! Great happy hour specials! ??

Never order merchandise from their website. I’ve been trying to exchange a shirt for 3 months and I keep getting the run around. No one will return my calls or answer my emails. Every restaurant location tells me they can’t help me and the marketing person hasn’t responded. Such a headache for a simple

The service was quite lackluster at best you're expected to take your own order the menu is a order sheet and it doesn't explain anything on there we were new to the place our waitress didn't explain how to do anything and the food was so so and it should have been a lot better for the price that they charge the decor in there is dark and dreary it's all black not inviting I was not impressed at all with the Barrios in Strongsville
