Every single time I order or come in here for food, they always seem like they are out of various items. Very frustrating.

Very unfortunate that this franchise is dying. I used to work as a carver in 2003 and couldn't ever get sick of the food. I went here today to try out the new nuggets. They apparently didn't have any stock distributed to their location. They only had several sides to buy, but all of them were looking very unappetizing, sitting under heat lamps, hardening the top surface. Another customer at the register was asking about their large online order that shows with a receipt on her phone - but the manager and server were stating that its not in their computer so they cant fulfill it. This is not the Boston Market I knew years ago. I know it was bought out several times and reformed over and over, but this is really unacceptable. Couldn't even buy a meal under these conditions. Also, the night before I visited the North Olmsted location, and they had NO meat at all. Only 1 old pot pie, and maybe 3 sides (old, not fresh) available to choose from. Really sad to see how this place turned out. Hopefully they get revitalized and realize that customer service and quality is more important than marketing and sales.

Horrible we stopped on our way home only had 1 chicken and not the one advertised as "new" only side was Mac and cheese . Nothing else . The sign above that tells you price and what they offer was missing. Just close your doors already

So disappointed in our food from Boston Market today. The delivery was great, but it stopped there. The the food was lukewarm, at best. I didn't receive the food I ordered and didn't like what was sent. I contacted the restaurant and was told I could come and get a refund but didn't feel like driving anywhere tonight. Why should I have to go out to correct the order??

We ordered in person and they forgot the gravy today. When we called about it, all they offered was an empty handed apology. I'm not asking for a 25 dollar gift card, I just want you to get it right the first time, or make up for the missing item. No excuse for that.

Placed an online order. Was told 30 minute pick up time. Arrived after 45 minutes to be told they were out of everything we ordered. No call or heads up. Very poor handling of this experience all the way around by the manager on duty. Will not be back.

I'm glad there's still a Boston Market in my area, most of them are gone by now. I go to this location, usually on Sundays, for good, filling food. They never disappoint. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and it's quick in and out.

Been coming to this Boston Market for 10+ years now & have never been so undoubtedly disappointed. The service was extremely slow & not like previous experiences- it was poor, they lacked sides such as stuffing, & the food was cold. This place used to be a comfort but now we don’t see ourselves coming here. Such a shame.

In all of my 75 years I have NEVER had such poor quality food and service. First, there were only 3 sides available. I ordered one side of Mac/Cheese and after reminding the counter person not to forget about it I still go home and found it missing. I ordered a Chicken Carver sandwich that I now find is actually 2-slider-type sandwiches. The rolls were hard as a rock and not edible. I used to look forward to going to Boston Market but never again!

They were very nice. I think them bringing the food to your table and them also bussing the table is a nice touch. But it doesn't make up for how the quality of the food is severely different than what it was years ago. This goes for all locations. It just doesn't taste as good as it used to.

This location needs a revamp. The food was bad, they were out of a bunch of stuff, we waited forever for someone to even come out of the back to help us. We walked in with no one in line and by the time they walked out, there was a long line of people. It was very disappointing, we never had issues like this when the one in Parma was open. We will not be going back.

This particular review is focused on the Strongsville location on Pearl Road, our food was cold and the place was not clean it seems that the management is disorganized and doesn't have its act together we won't be going back to this particular location. We have been satisfied with their other locations.
