I tried for this establishment for the first time recently and I found the tea to be delicious. I got the peach flavored hot tea and my wife got the kiwi flavor. Their prices are quite high but I’ll consider their delicious teas to be a occasional indulgence.

This place terminates their employees under false allegations with no investigation into the issue. Meanwhile letting the other person involved keep their job. They say its a bad look for the company and yet its an even worse look when you fire someone under the word of one other person instead of the other people that witnessed it. Embarrassing for the company and even more embarrassing for the people that work there that truly believe a girl who lies to herself every day. Not to mention they let this girl bring her boyfriend to work to sit around with her and spit in people's faces and yell at others. (Which she forgot to add in her false allegations!) Don't work or shop here.

I've been going to bubbles for awhile. My sister lives in the columbus area so I started going to the ones there. Happy to see it up this way. Two improvements would be to train everyone on the phone number for the loyalty program. The past 2 times I mentioned it before ordering and I was never prompted for my number and I spend over $20 each time I go. The other is I have an allergy and pay for the almond milk. When I'm handed it twice now they have had to remake it because it wasn't made with almond milk.

Tried for the first time this evening...Lyric waited on us and was absolutely AMAZING. The drinks were delicious, they were made quickly and looked as good as they tasted, and the icing on the cake was how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Lyric was... we had two little ones with us and they both tried Bubble Tea for the first time and she was SUPER helpful and friendly to them as well. If half the staff is as amazing as Lyric, this place will be around for a very long time! Kudos!

This is probably the best boba I’ve had in Ohio. The service was quick and they offered me a free sample of watermelon tea. I got a Thai tea with boba and it was the perfect chewy texture, not like that stuff that’s way too soft. I will definitely be coming back for more!
