Way understaffed. Burgers just ok. I don't see this place lasting long. Better off just going to Five Guys.

They set the bar real low with their sign about being understaffed. They didn't clear it. My wife and son went with their chicken sandwiches, but I made the mistake of ordering a burger. For a place with burger in the name, and setting up for a long wait, the least that could have been done would be to serve a freshly cooked burger. Without a doubt my patty had been sitting for quite some time. I'm sure if it had been fresh I would have given 5 stars but the extra long wait to get a cold hockey puck, no sir. You got the second star because everyone else's food was good and fresh.

Excellent food and service! The Philly cheese steak is really good! Although I didn't try the lamb burger it was a hit at home. The young lady working the register was very helpful and friendly.

A waste of time!! There was one person working the front who had no idea about the menu. She was taking order after order without bagging any orders! A doordasher also left because it was taking FOREVER!! I would never waste my time here again.

ATTENTION CELIAC DISEASE PEOPLE.... on 2-27-21 at 4 pm, my wife and I ordered burgers and fries. The service was great, very polite and professional. The food was perfect. Even the gluten free buns were one of the best I have ever had. I HAVE CELIAC DISEASE and must have gluten free food. We recommend this place to everyone and we will be regular customers.

The burger was ok... I little dry. But the onion rings are some of the best I've had!

Very good food with fantastic customer service. Place is a little hard to find but worth it. Its in shopping area right across from Southpark Mall main entrance. We try to go once every couple weeks

First time trying out this place. I would say it was average. The lady at the register was very courteous and made sure my order was correct before giving it to me, so that was nice.I ordered a chicken sandwich lettuce wrap and an Angus burger, both with sweet potato fries for Hubby and I. For an $8 sandwich, the chicken didn't taste that great, still had pink in it, and looked pretty poorly put together (picture posted). The Angus burger was smaller than expected (menu pictures make it look like a hefty sandwich). The fries were also average. Not the burger joint I'd choose again, go to Mooyah if you want a bangin' burger with tasty fries for your money. This place should be priced lower based on the quality of the product. Pretty disappointing for what is supposed to be a bit more "upscale" burger joint.

Just disappointed in the fact that I had a large lunch meeting order that took some time to gather and after all that the place wasn't open. I went around 12p today and it was closed, hours posted said open at 11a. I understand that things happen but post a sign. Lost my interest in returning.

Great falafel burger. Will definitely be back after other Costco runs.

Great burger joint! First time here and I loved it! I’ll be back to try every burger out. The sweet potato and regular potato fries are amazing. Great texture and taste. Shakes are great too. Clean quiet and cozy. Friendly staff. I’ll be back. Tell a friend!

Great food, and tbe staff seemed super friendly. Shakes are amazing, and the different kind of burgers definitely separates them from the pack.
