Picture it, mall is closing and a tired Mom and toddler need to eat. Toddler is very upset about leaving the playplace, is hungry and now throwing a fit. Mom orders food and is given fries right away. While trying to juggle her purse, drink and an upset toddler the Mom gives the toddler a fry but it is too hot and toddler drops it on the floor. The cashier apologizes even though it's not his fault and the Mom explains it's been a long day and the toddler is just tired and emotional per usual. The cashier reaches over and hands a small free package of cookies to give to the toddler. The crying stops, Mom breathes and in just a moment a stranger has helped more than they could know. Thank you for your thoughtful gesture. You truly made a difference in that Mom's day. Food was so delicious and quick too. ❤️

Food is absolutly amazing. Ordered chicken California sub and barbecue wings. Best wings I’ve ever had and the sub was perfect- they didn’t skimp on anything and had the ratio of sub ingredients perfect. Ordered from door dash and food still arrived hot and fresh. 10/10 gonna be ordering from here more

well I ordered online as I’m working. I get to Charley’s, they have. Huge line, so I wait for the older guy at the register- my Charley’s page refreshed and he stood there arguing with me for 20 minutes about my order number- which I showed him my order was place with a time & date stamp- he wouldn’t give me my food. Made me tell me the order in front of everyone- and then said “ next time, get your name on your order correct” because my last name was typed out & not the first initial. How RUDE. My food was COLD & WRONG by the time I got to eat it & oh I got to waste my whole lunch break arguing with an old 40 year old who works at Charley’s. Get real.

The manager is rude and wanted to charge me an extra $1.50 to get gourmet fries with the ranch and cheese sauce on the side. I kindly cancelled the order and went somewhere else. These days, I won't tolerate or patronize a business with rude miserable employees. Take your money elsewhere.

I was trying to order a regular chicken California sub with a coupon for free fries with any purchase of a cheesesteak and they denied my coupon when the owner gave me and my co-workers a bunch them. I even told the workers that they given to all of us at the store and they said no they weren’t, when I was the one the owner gave them to at the register one day. I have previously used the coupon with a chicken California but today the lady decided to tell me I had to order the cheesesteak (when I don’t eat steak) and when I asked if the chicken California was one she said no even though they are. I wish the workers would know their own menu and their coupons that they give out. I am very disappointed with the disrespect I was given by the employee.
Day three of food poisoning. Thank you very much for that. I'm having so much fun. Thank you. To make it better they overcharged us AND gave us the wrong food.

The food is great, however the small cups suck. The lids pop off and then most of the time it spills everywhere, the kids meal cups need to change.If it wasn't for the cups I would rate it 5 stars.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is great besides the horrible cups.

I took the time to get the walk in price and the delivery app DOUBLED the ACTUAL price. SOOOO it's a greater value than I thought. Great job!
