So I ordered chicken deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese - I asked if the cheese could be melted they said yes I get to the drive thru pay and then open my food only to find unmelted cheese and no bun - seriously where is my top bun- I took it back inside only for the mgr to try n give me a bun and a cookie- I don't want your cookie I'm allergic to chocolate - and I said can you jus remake the sandwich - I then got a new sandwich that was cold with dry chicken I'm done with this place

Kid-friendliness: They have a cute little play place with tubes and a slide! While my little is still too little to play in there he definitely got a kick out of watching the other little kids playing!

Overcrowded and over-hyped. Not sure what is appealing about going through a maze of cars in a double, almost triple, line of cars where everyone wants to cut in first even though they ordered after you. While Chick-fil-A employees are shown to be pleasant and cheerful, the customers are the exact opposite and are rude and ignorant to workers and other customers. It is Strongsville though where the people generally tend to feel a sense of superiority over everyone else even though they're just upper middle class (at best). The inside of the restaurant was also crowded to the point it looked like a concert was going on. It took 30 min in the drive-thru to get my order. When I finally left that chaos, the food was the most mediocre I've ever had in a fast food restaurant.
Waited 20 minutes for 3 sandwich’s then got and they were Wong. Went back in the night manager walked away before I even told her what the problem was she just thought it was one sandwich was wrong. Go that one fast but the other ones I got when they closed.All she said was have a nice day. She did not care. Then we left and the new sandwiches were wrong!!I just went home! I will never be back there!!
