Common chipotle atmosphere, they had online orders they were doing before they really even looked up to say hello to us but they were young, busy, and kind and helpful once they were taking our orders! Had all the ingredients in stock and got out fresh items that were running low when we chose something close to empty. Online orders go well at this location too.Vegetarian options: I love the sofritas and get it every time!Parking: The mall is usually hectic and creates a bit more difficult parking situation but they do have pick up parking spots designated to the chipotle if you are just running in quick.

Hmmm, not sure how to rate this place. Food was cooked fine and tasted okay, I’m not sure if the workers understood what a salad is though.. I ordered a salad for pickup from this location and the amount of their ‘salad base’ was laughable. Reminded me of when Pearl asked Spongebob to make two salads.All toppings, and just enough lettuce and spinach to see amongst the beans… also super sad to find out the dressing was never put into my bag (it sounded super yummy and part of the reason I went with a salad instead of burrito bowl), but that was my mistake, I should have checked when I picked it up.Also the place had no line when I got there and only one other order in the online pickup section when I got there, so no excuse of being busy.My husband said his burrito was good though. Meh..?

I absolutely LOVE Chipotle. One of my favorite restaurants. I always get a bowl with lettuce on the bottom and extra rice! The rice is amazing. Especially when you combine it with the ingredients in the bowl- mmmmm! The service is super nice at this location. The employees are kind and if you ask for more of something, they are super kind about it!

This is the best chipotle in strongsville! Don't ever eat at the one on 42. I like all the people who have waited on me here as well good stuff at this chipotle.

Last 2 times I ordered online there's like 1/2 the amount of food in the bowl! Ridiculous! Chipotle taking advantage of people grabbing and going only to find out when they get home... Their order is significantly less food. Prices up/quantity down, WIN WIN for Chipotle! Will order in store from now on! Luckily for them I cannot post the picture of my sad $3 bowl they charged me $13 for!

Bowl was great chips have been unsalted unlimed stale and just downright bad for months now hopefully the recipe gets resolved soon other than the chips everything else is good.

We have never had a problem in the past, however tonight was a problem with the rice. My husband had brown & I had white, both were undercooked to the point of crunchy. Needless to say we were very disappointed, and didn’t want to drive back due to rush hour traffic. Sandra Opperman

Service was really slow and when they finally got around to doing my order they got is mixed up with someone else's.I remember when Chipotle was fairly new. Their thing was that they were inexpensive. $32.00 for lunch for two people - for this kind of food - it outrageous. Never again.
