Don't ever waste your time adding extra meat if getting delivery. I have given them 3 chances and every time, it seems as though I'm getting a third the amount I get when coming in person. Seems to me management is doing this on purpose to help their food costs at this location since door dash has to handle the actual complaint.

Good food, with fresh flavor, even though we were there late. The only offsetting thing was the design and access to the facility. I wouldn't let that stop me from revisiting though, now that I know the main entrance does not face the main street.

Burrito was completely wrong and not something we could eat. Did not have time to take it back up. You call and it says to use Pepper chat who offered me a drink as service recovery. I had to call again to get a credit for a burrito. Not the best experience or appropriate swap.

Rice was undercooked. Tomato salsa was cut pretty thick and the tomatoes weren't ripe. Plus I had several pieces of the core of the tomatoes.Hey... Atleast this strongsville Chipotle had, cheese, sour cream, tomato, and meat... Unlike the other one. Haha

Extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. Staff was not friendly at all. There were six people behind the counter and no customers...not one worker acknowledged me for the first 3 minutes nor said "hi". While they were supposed to be taking my order, the two girls were having a conversation to which I felt like I was intervening?? I thought that when you take a customer's order, that you engage with the customer not your coworker? Did not realize this was a social event for the them, instead of a "hey we're getting paid for this maybe we should do our job and give some sort of customer service..." Worst chipotle experience I have ever had with skimpy portions. Do not recommend this one. Choose elsewhere instead of these highschoolers with zero customer service skill...

Went in at 8:55 on 12/15 and witnessed a man employee screaming and insulting a female counterpart. Absolutely horrendous to watch as she looked like she was about to cry. Why are we hiring such raging morons in such a profound establishment. Utter disgrace must be fixed. Clear out the fury monsters and get the place under control. Very sad for the girl.Kid-friendliness: Not friendly for a kid to see an adult screaming and cursing when on the job.
