My cinnamon rolls were fresh and Cinnabon only ran out of items at the very end of the day (8pm) when I have made purchases. The service was pretty good too.

Today in a Southpark mall the lady gave me a half of my pecabon. And was extremely rude to me…Could not imagine why people treat others so bad.The worst experience ever!

I have been purchasing from this location for years as I have not had any major issues. Recently I started working at the mall and they offered a Mall Employee Special coupon. The premise of the coupon if to give mall employees a free regular fountain drink with purchase of any classic. There is no expiration date stated. I had two coupons, the first time I received a hard time as I didn’t have a uniform to prove I was an employee. I told who I think is the manager that I am a manager at a clothing store right across the hall and we don’t wear uniforms. Then she said it was for those working so I couldn’t redeem it. Again, I told her I was and if it was that serious to redeem a coupon they put out, we could call another manager to verify that I was in fact, clocked in. It was about a minute of banter then reluctantly she gave it to me. I come back a second time to purchase a roll and redeem the coupon and I’m told I can’t because they “stopped doing it because no one was using the coupons”. As a consumer, I’m highly disappointed because there is absolutely no expiration on the coupon and as I asked the same girl, how would I know it’s expired so I could use it in time without such prevalent knowledge. I really am upset because I go there quite often and they are extremely rude. I have tried to take this up higher but I understand it’s independently operated by strongsville maybe as a licensed unit. I would like to speak to someone higher up in the chain of command as this is unacceptable customer service. The coupon issue and the deamenor the employee had while speaking with me, all extremely rude. And the experience has not changed. The way they handle customer service is deplorable.

All of the cinnamon rolls on display had hardly any frosting. Look at the recent review, you can see they put barely any frosting on them anymore.

Where is the frosting? Why are you so cheap? I should get what I paid for and obviously I did not.
My wife went and purchased 2 6 packs. One with pecans and one without. The one with pecans was for her parents, she is allergic to tree nuts to the plain ones were for us. She took her hour drive home to find out they put 3 pecan and 3 plain in each box. So now there are no cinnamon rolls she can eat. I’d think it was common sense to put the ones with nuts all together and the plain ones all together. Apparently they lack common sense or don’t even have any consideration into peoples allergies. Very disappointed.

Horrible! Menu has a 6pk of classic buns but was told you have to order them 2 hours in advance even though there were buns in the case. At least put that info on the website and store sign. Seriously?

I don't know what has happened at this location. Waiting to open until eleven on Saturday seems crazy. I've been here a few times now and bakery is never ready. This is the only Cinnabon I know of nearby and really hate to see it go downhill. I wish they could do a little better job and I would keep coming back again & again.
