This is my second time and last time I will come to this location because of how the manager named Ashley is to her employees. Last time I came in to order food she was yelling at this young girl and made her cry and today I came in and it was the same girl being yelled at for absolutely no reason she was greeting a customer and the manager screamed at her saying she needs to word it differently .. the other girls working were laughing and had the poor girl embarrassed . That is disgusting behavior and I will not spend my money at this location ever again ! DO BETTER!

I visited Culver’s Strongsville on Friday evening when the restaurant was inundated with customers. I found it so refreshing to see the staff of all ages working together so respectfully. They provided great customer service which has become a rarity as well as delivered a delicious product. Much respect!

Now I wanna start this by saying I am not religious but had to pray over my food tonight because it was THAT good everything we got was fresh and amazing and despite the place being super busy came out in a timely manner the general manager who’s name I did not get was super nice and friends over all great experience might go to church Sunday bc of it

The lady that waited on us behind the counter ( I would say she was around 50 years old blonde hair)was very patient with me since it was my first time there. She was very informative, suggested different sandwiches and sides, and had the biggest smile on her face the entire time. It was a pleasure being waited on by her.
