This was a Delivery Order on 8/2/23:I ordered the Turkey Dave and they were out of Turkey. They tried to call and let me know but I didn’t get to my phone in time. The person who made my sandwich improvised and made me something else that was DELICIOUS and also sent me a kind apology note about the Turkey and a free cookie. 10/10 customer service. You have some good employees that work for you, I hope you appreciate them!I tried to call and say thank you but no answer since it’s almost closing time, so a review will have to do. :)

Dave’s used to be great. Maybe it’s just the Strongsville location. The bread isn’t the same. Just a soft, smaller, and generic roll. The vegetables are mushy. Truly a bummer.The only thing that has remained consistent is the sauce. Though it’s not enough.

I've been to this location twice and both times she messed up my order. She even confirmed with me what I wanted and proceeded to give me what SHE wanted instead. Its almost like she did it on purpose. How hard is to make a sandwich?! There was No tomato no cheese no pickle and no extra sauce that I paid a dollar for! Smh

Maybe I ordered a bad choice but I was very underwhelmed by my food. They were quick to make my sub but for $10...I was not impressed. I personally think a sub for $10 is expensive and when I opened up my sub, I was let down. I know it will never look like the picture but this was one sad looking sub.
Love their food. Always fresh, very tasty. Many great subs, hard to pick just one when I go there.

This location consistently messes up orders. They do not read or follow custom requests resulting in multiple sandwiches being made incorrectly and/or missing ingredients. I have now ordered a club sandwich four separate times and have specially asked for it to be COLD - only to have the sandwich arrive hot and soggy. There have also been multiple times where this location refuses to turn on their Uber eats delivery option, even after calling them and asking them if they are set up with Uber eats - and being told they are. Incredibly disappointing experiences especially as when they do successfully make a sandwich, they are better than the other chain sub restaurants.
