This is the second time I ordered the turkey and provolone sub. Again they forgot the cheese and my side pickle. I'm not coming back, my order is never correct.
Never went to Firehouse Subs until this afternoon for the first time. Staff was wonderful. They were helpful, considerate and nice. Sub was good...fresh tasting. I'd go there again when I'm in the area.

Got two subs and asked ahead of time if they could put all the sides (lettuce and such) on the side to take home and they said yes..wheb I got home no sides at all and the sandwich was
My first time eating this sandwich per someone’s recommendation and I have to say it’s really delicious. I was a fan of a similar brand, but I didn’t realize there was another sandwich that tastes way better. I have ordered it more than 2ce since I was introduced to it. Never going back from it!

we came in 10 minutes after opening with my family and the young lady was just very nasty. She seemed irritated that she had to stop what she was doing in the back to help us. Didn't say thank you didn't have manners all around rude slamming stuff in the kitchen. will not be retuning waste of money, don't come to work if you hate your job.

I don't normally rate a restaurant or meal five stars but I want to give the five stars to employee. Taylor. I went in on this birthday gift that came to my job email, but when I looked on my phone, the birthday gift wasn't in my app. But she didn't hesitate the moment she just said I'll make it. We'll use your phone number I will get it, she didn't pause a second to take care of me as a customer and then she made me this amazing sandwich that was a warm , full of bacon and turkey and it was just perfect. I put a thank you note on the print out from my work computer I took it back and told her manager Alec all about it and how perfect it was and that she was a outstanding employee. Thank you Taylor at the Strongsville Firehouse Sub store!!
