We gave this place a few try's, last time got the carbonara and got the runs before even getting home. This time, the pizza was like digorno, had 1 piece of sausage on each piece and pepperoni only on 3 slices. The wings were the WORST ever, low quality with hairs sticking out, tasted like shake and bake on steroid injected Hugh wings, chicken wings are not that big unless injected! I will stick with mama Santa's! We will never go back!

My food tasted horrible and we told our server and she didn’t even offer to take it off. My wife ate 1 wing and I had 1 literally 2 bites of my meatball sub. I will never be going here again, worst dining experience I’ve had ever
Gino’s Restaurant in Strongsville has become a regular stop for us. As with other restaurants finding help is difficult, but our server, Kayla, did an excellent job. The entire staff hustled to get the food out quickly. The food has always been excellent the several times we have dined there. We met Gino, a very friendly owner as well as an excellent chef. If I could I would give Gino’s 6 stars instead of 5.You owe it to yourself to check out Gino’s. Expansive menu, everything excellent.

Gino's has awesome food and a great setting. But it is sad to see one server running around trying to keep up with the entire customer base. Our server was great but I felt bad watching her running around looking stressed. Get her some help. It's sad to see when owners expect to much of people. I would have quit if I were that server.

Pizza was cold, ribs are a hard no, coleslaw the worst, wedding soup sad. Kids running the place. One and done disappointing.
Giving 2 stars because the food itself was delicious. My experience today on the service side was absolutely the worst I have ever had. Our server was blatantly drunk, smelled of alcohol and could have been on something else honestly. Waited on hour for our party to receive the entirety of our beverage order. Server came and took our order 3 different times because she said she kept losing her server pad. Meals came out after about 30 mins for half the party. Waited another 20 for the other meals to arrive. When meals arrived one was incorrect. Which can happen. Ordered a second glass of wine and was served a dirty glass with lipstick on it. Asked for a new glass due to this and I never received it. Manager was working very hard and was polite but did not do anything to resolve our issues, nothing on our bill was comped. Food itself was great, hoping this is a one off experience. We notified the manager of the servers erratic behavior. We were recommended to this restaurant by friends.

I met a gentleman friend there and ordered Chicken Marsala. It was very good! I got maybe 1/3 of it ate and found a hair in my food. My gentleman friend mentioned it to the waitress and she credited US the ALREADY half off appetizer and I left without my food. I was very excited for the leftovers because the food was good BUT NOPE!! THEY CREDITED A 1/2 OFF APPETIZER AND LEFT ME WITHOUT MY FOOD!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!

Just ordered a Pepp & Sausage Pizza ? & it was FaNtAsTiC!! ? The flavor was 10/10. Definitely a Pizza you need to try. Only gripe is that they only have 1 size (12 inch) & its a bit pricey (~$16), but it was worth it. Will definitely try again soon & try some other dishes as well.
