We really loved getting pizza from here but unfortunately we will no longer be able to order from Giovanni’s because they are so inconsistent. We order the same pizza every Thursday and each time the pizza looks completely different . Last time, they even forgot to cut it , and it was supposed to be 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese but the pepperoni covered 75% of the pizza so my kids were unable to eat it. We can’t order from here anymore because you never know what you’re gonna get.I did reach out to the owner very nicely to let them know that the pizzas are so inconsistent every week we order . He really didn’t seem to care at all and only asked irrelevant questions like “did you order over the phone or online?” & “what items do you order besides 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese?” ….. Why would that even matter ? He made absolutely no attempt to address the problem and ended the conversation with “Gotcha” .I guess this is what you get when you try to support a small local business. This is how they treat loyal customers, they’ll be out of business again by the end of summer .

Giovanni’s is under new management I wish there were more stars to check because I would give it a definite 10. Love Giovanni they have the best pizza, calzone, and chicken wings . Toppings are the best quality fresh flavorful and very tasty. Chicken wings were done perfect not dry at all. I have to commend the new owner she made the perfect calzone we ever had it was so delicious not over done we will definitely order this again . This is the best pizza place in Strongsville. Miss Peggy!

Ordered supreme, Hawaiian,and gourmet white chicken large pizzas, boneless wings, and anti pasta salad. All were fresh and very good. The crust is soft and tasty.
Ordered a large sausage pizza, wings and a dinner salad on Friday night. Told wait time was 20 minutes and my order was done and hot when I got there! Loved the sausage. Very flavorful and wings were done perfect. The salad was big enough for 2 people. I was very impressed with the work staff. They were very friendly and professional. Also found out Bendix and Giovanni’s teamed up to give a free large pizza to veterans on Veterans Day weekend. I’m impressed and will definitely be back. Glad to have you in Strongsville.Parking: Large parking lot.
Was super excited to try this place out after the reopening but ended up being disappointed. Called for take out and was told 25 minutes. Showed up around like 20-22 minutes and had to wait which was expected but ended up waiting an additional 20-25 minutes after original time. This was a Thursday night and it was not busy at all as the phone did not ring and no one else was waiting while we were there. While waiting the two girls working were not professional. One was wearing open toed shoes and texting while making pizzas. She would put the crust down, be on her phone for a couple minutes and then continue, stopping every few minutes to go on her phone. They did not start half of our order until I walked in there to pick up the order. The mozzarella sticks ordered were half soggy, the calzone did not come with sauce (as it says it does online), salad had minimal lettuce, and pizza was just over all meh and burnt. Overall we were disappointed with this whole experience.

My stars are totally for the food! I ordered delivery and was so happy with my pizza. The delivery was on time, my pizza and hot and delicious. The cheese was so good and the sauce. The crust was tasty as was the green peppers and pepperoni, but the cheese was the star of the pizza for me! The price was right for what I ordered and enjoyed!I'll definitely order from The Original Giovanni's Pizza again.

TOTAL CHAOS in store when I went to pick up my order. Was told when I phoned in my order it would take 35 minutes. Went in to pick up my order and was asked 3 different times what was my order. Tried to get a time on when it would finally be ready without any luck. Finally was told it would be 20 minutes. NEVER going back!

This is the first and last time I order from giovonies, the owner or person in charge was so unprofessional and nasty to his staff. The food was awful I ordered chicken wings "6 wings 10$" under cooked cold on the inside bad tasting bbq sauce. The second part of my order was a large pepperoni with half banana peppers the pizza was supposed to be well done it was not banana peppers on the entire pie and they use sandwich pepperoni on the pie ? little to no sauce not good at all. Overall don't bother trying this place it won't be around long, best of luck to the kids working for that dictator.
