Do not visit the Jersey Mikes in Strongsville, Ohio (13309 Pearl Road), when you place an order on the app for pick up, more times than not your order will get stolen by someone else. We have ordered from them and had this happen at least 3 times in less than a year. We get there to pick it up and they tell us it already was picked up, don't they check when someone grabs a bag? How does this keep happening and I'm sure we are not the only ones it happens to. What's the point in ordering for pickup when you have to wait for them to remake everything and then they get the order wrong anyway. I'm not sure if this is a problem at just this store but be aware.

T-Mobile people.....Here's a great idea for lunch! Are you a T-Mobile person- they have T-Mobile Tuesdays! This week the special was for 72 points for Jersey Mikes which gives a free sub!. WOW.I redeemed the coupon from T-Mobile which added the points to my Jersey Mikes app with in 5 minutes I had the free sub- I ordered on the app and drove there. It was done and waiting for me- That fast!!Super Service on 09/06/2023 Strongsville Location on Royalton Rd. What is a Cancro Special::All natural oven roasted top rounds and provolone, perfectly complemented with a layer of pepperoni.History:In the summer of '74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro's brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.It was a perfect sub for a warm day like today in sunny Ohio. The two gentleman we're polite and helpful but,The young blonde female seemed like she didn't care about the customers or Working she drenched my sub with vinegar. I asked for fresh lettuce because the lettuce they had Out was turning brown and did not look good the tomato's looked bad also they were all smashed and very very red when I asked the female for fresh lettuce she said that's all they had so instead of getting what I normally get on my sub I only got banana peppers vinegar and mayo it was an okay sandwich but. Would of been better if I could of got what I wanted on it I do not recommend this jersey Mike's sub the one In Westlake is 100 times better.. I will never eat at this one ever again

This is the second time at this location that I have been disappointed. Ordered online and both my fiancés sub as well my wrap were wrong. This happened the last time as well except my fiancé went in and they were very rude and acted like he was a bother. Such a let down as a whole.
Newly experienced. Pleasantly surprised. Really good food. Pricing fair. 5star all around.
