This is the second time I've been there that they had almost nothing to offer. The first time I did the drive thru in the middle of the day. I wanted BBQ wings. They said "Yah we are out of wings". I said ok a chicken pot pie. They said "Nope, none of those." So we decided to try it one more time right when they opened and many months later. I tried to order wings, "You mean like actual chicken wings?" I was like "uhhh... yes". She said "No we don't make those up til later, so I tried to get original chicken, "No we only have extra crispy right now." It's no wonder you never see cars there or at the drive thru. I really don't know how they are still open. The chicken was not that good compared to other KFC's I have been at and we won't be back.

Terrible customer service. Outside the drive thru speaker was toppled over so I had to go inside. The guy who took my order was on the phone, which was on speaker phone while taking my order. I thought that was rude, and I began telling him about the drive-thru speaker, and he just looked at me, making me feel stupid and not even acknowledge that I said something. I shouldn't have to feel bad for ordering, and he made me feel that way. I didn't get his name, but he was a black guy who looked around he was in his 20s and kinda had an attitude. I liked the older guy who used to work there. He was so much nicer to his customers. Also, he forgot one of the items that I purchased, and I didn't want to go back due to him being rude.

Today i passed by one of my favorite places to eat KFC. This is my third time coming here. The first time they had no soft drinks what so ever and failed to deliver 2 orders of fries. The second time they messed up my order completely! Not one thing was right beside the drink. Today i came and there was no original chicken. The lady “attending” my needs was just rude. She failed to fulfill my needs but was rude about it! Not coming here again…

DO NOT use the KFC app! Ordered our meal on the app- paid for it on the app- drove to get it! No chicken! No meal! No refund! Now I’m fighting back & forth online to be refunded for a meal I never received! They should communicate with these apps or not use them!! Or call telling me they couldn’t complete the order! Rude! Never again! Stay away! Wish I could give zeros!

I made my way to the location around 3:00. I ordered a Famous Bowl and a beverage, the number 17.Now, let's talk about the bright side first. The customer service was absolutely top-notch. The lovely lady at the front counter greeted me with a warm smile and even went the extra mile to suggest some delightful options for my meal.On the flip side, I have to admit that the Famous Bowl fell a bit short of my expectations. It seemed to have seen better days, with the chicken being disappointingly tough and crispy—almost as if it had been neglected for some time. And, oh dear, the drink didn't fare much better. It lacked the anticipated fizzy pop and had an unfortunate lukewarm temperature, which didn't exactly enhance my enjoyment.Needless to say I did not enjoy my meal. Customer service can only get you so far, after all food is the reason I came here. 2/5
