Wow, what a great experience. I believe KPOT is Cleveland's area first all you can eat Korean BBQ and Hot Pot restaurant. It is located in the front, near the center of Southpark Center in Strongsville. First off walking in, the place was clean, well kept and cheerful. The lighting in the large dinning area was subdue with blue undertones, making your table feel a bit more personal and private in the large dining area. Service from Curtis was outstanding and made the experience all that much better. He explained in detail the menu and the process of ordering on the small electronic pad. I went with the Korean BBQ, but you can get both the BBQ and Hot Pot with a small additional charge. He offered recommendations and even helped and made suggestions in some of the cooking process. Once food was ordered it came out extremely quick. Anytime I ordered the food it was out before I could get back to the table from the condiment, sauce table that is located in the front of the restaurant. There you can find dozens of sauces, condiments, a few kimchi items and fresh fruit. It is very easy to order and navigate on the ordering pad, that have very clear pictures of all the food when ordering on the pad so you know what to expect. Everything that I ordered was delicious and presented nicely. Note: great place for someone on a protein or Keto diet as long as you stay away from ordering noodles in the hot pot and rice with the grilled BBQ and some of the sauces that I found to be little on the sweeter side. I look forward to my next visit.

the food was very bad and i couldn't figure out how to cook it right because there wasn't a sign for beginners to learn how to cook the meat in the hot pot. the grill was at a very low temperature and the meat was very cheap and the customer service was bad I was thirsty and my waitress didn't come back for 25 minutes while I was thirsty it got to the point where I had to call over another waiter to get me my water. This place was very overrated and the look of the place is very fancy but the food is horrible. The buffet line only had 3 choices of dessert and one of the choices was cantaloupe. The sauce line was very bad and my cilantro seemed rotten. I would not recommend this place and it is very expensive as our final bill for 4 people was 157 dollars and you only get 2 hours to eat in an " all you can eat" buffet plus whatever left on your plate you had to pay for.

Charlie was an amazing server! Deserves a raise, very sweet. Even unrolled some meat we didn't realize was rolled up on the grill. Kept the drinks full and the table clear, what more could you ask for? ?Vegetarian options: KBBQ has some veggies, but K Hot Pot has a large vegetable slection. I’ve been to the place 3 times already and I have to say the service and quality here is great. I’m giving 3 stars because the last two times we had the bbq we noticed that after an hour or so our grill cooks EXTREMELY slow.. I mean the difference is so noticeable. And before anyone comments- yes they do change the grill plates often and we wait until it reheats back up and still it takes soo long for items to cook. So I’m not sure if they are doing this on purpose to get you out of there before the 2 hours but I was very disappointed. Other than the grill review, we love this place!

Charlie was absolutely wonderful! Diligent with her service, constantly giving all of her section attention, and always was around whenever we needed her. And for the 2 hours our party was in the restaurant her smile never wavered . Her knowledge of the menu was also beyond comprehensive. Service staff like her are one in a million and I'm honestly beyond impressed! We will be back and we will be requesting her section every time!

A great place to take the family to on Be Mine Day. The ambiance and the foods are excellent. So fresh and amazing. The staff are great. Helped us out a few times during the dinner. 1 thing I have to say is the bussing staff are a little bit loud in terms of cleaning up tables nearby. The clanking of the bowls and plates are not good for diners who's still enjoying the experience. I almost say something to the mgr but I don't want to bother him because he's got a lot on his plate for the evening.
