Yesterday I tried one of the new pizzolli and in the picture you see its raw dough inside. No it's not cheese its literally raw dough I know the difference in tasting raw dough than cooked dough.

I ordered pizza & before I could even come to the door my pizza was outside on the ground (I did NOT request no contact delivery)Per the delivery driver that just so happened to answer the phone “if they are very busy, they leave peoples food outside on the ground”Well imbecile if you were so busy why’d you wait outside of my home to make sure we picked our food up of THE GROUND! So that lets me know that 1. You chose to put my food on the ground2. You weren’t that damn busy because you were STILL AT MY HOME WAITING!!!!Poor customer service from this driver! I’ll be writing in to corporateService gets 1 star because I can’t put zero

I've been going to Marcos on Pearl for years. It's sauce is not bitter. They put the right amount of toppings on. You can request more or less sauce, cheese plus seasonings on the crust and how much to cook it. Love the taste. Great service and always welcomed with a smile.

Marcos used to be good. Lately, the pizzas have been marginal, at best. I asked for extra sauce, invoice showed double pizza sauce and there was hardly anything on it. Very disappointing because they used to be good. The rewards program has disappeared also. Gonna find a new pizza place !

Zero Thoughts

I was threatened and harassed at this company. They used intimidation tactics and warned me cooperate wouldn't care if I called them. They knew I was healing from horrific abuse and just wanted to work but instead used that time to harass me instead. Even going so far as messaging me outside of work, degrading me, threatening me, and so on. This is not a safe environment so I have left many reviews to warn others. I doubt anything will change in this company. Know that your children are not safe to work underneath this very abusive and toxic people.

The Strongsville location let their higher-ups use intimidation tactics, as well as their district manager, tried to assault me and fire me to cover her tracks. They also tried to force my resignation but I explained that was illegal. The district manager told me she drinks with cooperate and cooperate quote "won't listen to me" unquote. 30 yr old managers, gm, & other bosses drink on the job, do pills, and drink with (just turned) 18 yr old coworkers. and they hire friends to continue the toxic environment and weed anyone out that may call out the abuse, harassment, and toxicity within their own company. My gm used my sa (sexual assault) history against me in the office when I felt he was being inappropriate with some of the younger workers. He told me "Just because you've been through this doesn't mean I'm doing it" implying I was crazy and "seeing things". When I got the job I was harassed sexually as they all called dibs on me and talked about who was going to sleep with me. The gm and another coworker joked about how easy it would be to kill me. They said this OUTLOUD to me. I felt uncomfortable and told them to stop but I was silenced yet again. This was the most toxic and dangerous workplace I've ever been in and I worry for the minors and other young workers that are there. The gm also slept with lower leveled workers which is why intimidation was so easy for him because he was in a position of power and abused it. I highly recommend staying away from this restaurant as a whole but DO NOT work there.

Marcos goes hard dude, I’m telling you do NOT sleep on Marcos. I went my whole life sleeping on it and now I get it every time I drive by it on my way back home from work. Employees are super nice at this location too. And they were bumping “Kickstart My Heart” in there today too which made my night.

Ordered food for the family- 3 pizzas and chicken dippers. Picked up the order and didnt notice till I got home that the chicken dippers were not there. I called to get it resolved and get the money returned to my card. They would not return the money- only gave me a credit on my "Marcos Account". This was not satisfactory, I do not usually frequent chains but did today for a special event the pizza place had with my kids school. After being hung up on several times, a manager who wouldn't come to the phone but then some one else said they were the manager, they would not give me my money back. So after attempting to get my money back for over 30 minutes, I have no chicken and no $10 refund. I called back over 10 times, each time they hung up on me. Never going back- will make sure I share my experiences- emailing corporate office-will be sure to tell the PTA never to do this with Marco's again.

If I could give them 0 or negative stars, I would. The pizza was okay- nothing amazing but it wasn't bad.What was bad was the fact that they messed up my order and only wanted to give me a credit. I had just picked up the order and then once I got home and everyone ready to eat, noticed that no chicken dippers were here.I called up and was told to come get them or get a credit on my marcos account. I don't want a credit, I want the $10 put back in my checking account and I am not driving back to the pizza place.I was told they are not able to do a credit to my credit card, only this future use credit for another order. Not okay- I do not eat usually at Marco's, as I prefer the non chain pizzas better.I atte.pted to cal back numerous times, the female manager hung up on me. I continued to call about 5 more times but each time they would not answer the phone, leave me on hold and then hang up on me. I'll be sure to never go to a Marcos ever again.

I ordered the Ultimate Magnifico for the 1st time & experienced dripping grease from the box onto my passenger’s jacket & pants. I returned to speak with the manager & show the grease soaked box & the grease stained clothing. The girl who initially waited on me went to get the manager, spoke with another employee assembling pizzas, & came back to say she was one of the managers. She then explained that pizza style is very greasy because of the ingredients & would not accept the act of grease dripping from the box & staining clothing as an unacceptable consequence from this product. She showed no regard or concern for the grease stained clothing. She did offer to make another pizza. Buyer beware! Good bye, Marco’s!

Marcos is usually my goto for wings, that changes last night, I ordered 3 orders of 10 piece wings online and the big cheese pizza. Recieved everything, upon opening the wings we noticed that they were swimming in hot sauce. Literally enough hot sauce in one pack for all 30 of my wings. Whoever made my wings ruined them to the point we are all wiping sauce off with napkins. It's waste of product and a waste of my money.

The pizza was good but the delivery was left on the cement at the front door, nobody knocked on the door. By the time I realized it was there it was cold.
