I have visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately, there has been an issue with my order every single time. While half of the staff is friendly and attentive, the other half falls short. The managers often come across as aggressive and disinterested, giving off the impression that they do not care. During my last visit when I went inside to place my order, the manager seemed uninterested and distracted. It's disappointing because I empathize with the kind employees who work there. If you don't believe my review, feel free to look at all the others talking about their food quality and service, you'll quickly see that we share a similar opinion.
