Dang had my food before I could fill my drink. Truly a FAST food and high quality food. Would recommend this location. I asked for the manager name and it's Cailynn. Great shift and that's all I can speak on. Respect for the rest of the crew, I was in a rush after work but much appreciated cuz I'm beat and was so hungry.

Didn't think I would ever give a review for McDonald's but my simple meal was outstanding. I have not had a McDonald's fish sandwich 10 years. They were on sale two for $5.69 and let me tell you they were fresh and delicious. By far the best fast food fish sandwich of any chain in my opinion. Also the people who served me at the drive-thru could not have been any nicer. Big thumbs up!

This is the second time I’ve had issues with the Whitney Road location. I’m a very understandable and patient person when I know a business is busy, but to not give me HALF of my order is just ridiculous. I was in a hurry and needed to grab dinner on my way home for the family and they didn’t even give me both of my kids orders. The young man working the drive thru with long curly hair seemed like he couldn’t care less if we got our correct order and just shrugged his shoulders at me so I just left because I did not have the time to deal with this. My husband and I had to give the kids our food and go out and get something else to eat for ourselves once we had the chance. Paid $30 for an order that I got half of. I was beyond mad at this McDonald’s for such horrible service.

The drive-thru staff are ok for the most part but the staff that hands you the food have horrible customer service. I ordered extra ice every time/everywhere and very rarely do I get a full cup of ice. Quite honestly I feel the staff I see regularly put less than normal and one particular guy just mean mugs me when he hands it to me. Clearly I only go there when pressed for time.

I think when you place an order I don't think you should take 15 to 20 minutes and they tell you to pull up to get your order like if I'm going to the drive-thru just to grab a kid's meal and then they tell me to pull up and have to wait 15 or 20 minutes I think that's
