Food is good. Customer service is horrible. A few months ago we went in and my husband wanted a coffee. The girl told him they don't have any made and wouldn't make a fresh pot. This week I walked up to the counter to order a cone and the woman doesn't greet me but rudely asks me "do you need something". You call this customer service.

I really like the ice cream here! My favorite flavor is called "Chubby Elvis." The food, however, is just decent, although they do have a relatively full restaurant. It's all simple fare (sandwiches, etc), but they have specials on different nights of the week. I would recommend just sticking to the desserts. There is also a gift shop/game room for kids with some pretty cool retro video games. If you live in the area, you already know all of this stuff because Olympia has been around forever.

I love the cashew brittle!! We passed it by tho because not very well lit and inside is a bit drab. I like the unique candy and popcorn and even ice cream!

Overall it's a decent place, a bit dated but it is an original establishment as long as I can remember. Had an early dinner and got some gourmet popcorn to take home. Popcorn was good, 2 different types of a caramel corn.

I visited your store on October 20 around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. I ordered a chocolate shake and I purchased a few candy items which in total came to shy of $50. The shake was delicious but the customer service was horrible. The lady Pam, who rang me out, was so so. The blonde Older lady who made my shake there was no eye contact, smiling, or making me feel welcomed into the store. When she was finished making my shake, she slammed it down and told Pam that she had other things to do. I will not be returning. I will go to Mitchell's or Godiva. And of course I will tell everyone I talk to what a non-welcoming establishment that you have.

Bought a caramel apple there. They didn't have a container to put it in just a paper bag. They couldn't add any nuts or chocolate very poor customer service. It's a candy store! You would think you would accommodate the customer with candy. I have been there twice- first and last time!

I went with my 6 year daughter and she wanted a sugar cone with one scoop and I ask for one with two scoop. Mines didn't have the flavor. Must be old sitting in that bucket.And they charged me $10.99 . Unbelievable with these high prices!!

Seriously needs “signage” out. at the curb, 90% of the business that could be “yours” is going just down the street to Dairy Queen & Mitchell’s .......makes no difference how many ways you move the candy around, or how many years you’ve been there.........in fact customers “liked” the booths at the windows & you took those away too?????? If you’ve never watched the “Profit” on TV. Then I Highly recommend that you take the time to do so.........especially the episodes featuring Ice cream & candy. Shops., “you” will be impressed!!!!.............. also recommend a “qualified” interior store “designer” to assist in creating a design that will “sell” your products........JMO
