The salad was frozen and the soup and Mac and cheese were only lukewarm. There were other customers complaining ahead of us and I thought they were just being overdramatic. But the manager didn’t seem to care or do anything to change the situation. Overall, not a great meal or experience.

So I spend $10.79 on a freaking sandwich and they decide to only give me half?? And my teriyaki bowl was only half filled. What’s wrong with the workers here??!! And yet they still have the audacity to ask for a TIP!!! SMH!!

So disappointed indifferent & mumbling cashier. We waited an inordenant amount of time after asking a staff member to clean a table. I kindly asked another staff member we were still waiting for a clean table & she glanced & said "someone will be there" after another longer wait they gave us the wrong order. I said nothing about it since they gave us twice as much as we ordered

I normally live for panera but this was disappointing. i ordered a sandwich and a salad. the salad was supposed to have avocados and tomatoes and etc but instead they gave me lettuce and just dumped sauce on it. for my sandwich is was freezing and hard and even the signature bread they gave me a sliver and it was not toasted as i asked.

Not sure if the employee who took our order was new or not, but she did not know what she was doing at the register. We also asked for two soups and emphasized we wanted a bread bowl, the bowl was no where to be found in our simple order once we arrived home. I also asked for a lemonade and was told they were completely out of it. After checking out and and walking towards the drink area, that same said drink was completely full.

Ashley who took my order was such a dear, I loved how friendly she was, 10/10. She should be a manager. She made my bad day a great one. Hope I get her next time

They were out of several things or did not have ready several things. Had to settle for salad. Informed the employee that I didn't need the bread or chips she snapped at me and said it came with it anyhow. I just didn't want to get something I'd have to throw away because I couldn't eat itm Then it took more than 15 minutes to get a small Cesear salad and it had the croutons I asked her not to put on the salad.

Doesn't function well when busy... my bread wasn't even toasted and it was freezing cold. Not good

I came in during lunch time. I could tell they were short staffed. The lady at the counter was stressed but helpful. I could tell she was trying o do 2-3 people’s job. And they only had one person making food. By food was also cold (grilled cheese) and when I asked them to reheat it (assuming back in the toaster oven) he ponder to the microwave and said to do it myself. I work in fast food so I completely understand stress from being short staff etc but accommodating customers should be a top priority.
