The pizza has been steadily going down hill. It feels like the owners are cutting back on basic ingredients, cheese being the main one. Have gotten several pieces with big dry patches with no cheese and barely any sauce. Have just finally called it quits and will no longer be ordering from this Papa John's.

If I could give zero stars I would. Left pizza outside on a chair, didn't even ring the door bell. Pizza had no cheese and no sauce. AWFUL. Called for a refund we will see if I actually get it.

Have had pizza several times over the last year at this location. This is the Best Papa Johns pizza in the area. It's always hot and tastes delicious. Inside is extremely clean and friendly. Will be back

I've been going here for months now. They are thorough, fast, and friendly. They seem to have a great work atmosphere at this location, unlike other places where the teenage kids give you their entitled bad attitude. Pizza is always great for being papa johns.

This was the first time that I ordered from Papa John's Strongsville, OH. I called in my order and the person who answered was very professional, and courteous. When I went to pick up my order, again I was greeted in a very kind, professional manner. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. I was very impressed. Thank you for a great experience from the initial phone call to pizza!
I ordered a pizza online and was given a 32-minute wait time. After an hour, I called the store and was told that the driver was on his way and would arrive within 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes, I called back and was told that my pizza had just gone in the oven. Don’t waste your time. Don’t order from this store.

placed large order on 12-28-22 (5 pizzas all different, multi-toppings, variety of sauces, 3 bread choices and 3 desserts). everything was ready when promised and the 3 employees i encountered (didn't get names) were incredibly helpful and even carried everything out to my car while i settled the bill. all items were correct and delicious love the stuffed crust everyone at the party thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the food. went back 1-8-23 for Brown's game pizza (HA! WASTE OF ANOTHER 3 HOURS OF MY LIFE) BUT the pizza was great again! love when you can go back to a place several times and it's equally good every time. appreciate the consistency in food and customer service

Food is always consistent, I don't think we've ever gotten a bad pizza or messed up order from this location. Everything is always made fresh and kept warm for when we pick up. Customer service is always very nice.

Terrible. Lied on the phone about order status, accepted orders without a delivery driver and didn't even have my order prepared when I said I would come get it myself. I understand being short staffed, but lying to the customer is not excusable. Will never come back.

So horribly slow... Multiple your expected wait time by 30. Wait time was suppose to be 15 minutes and we ended up waiting over an hour without any explanation as to why it took so long.
