I ordered the special that came with a fry and drink, and then ordered another sandwich and fry, got to work and there was only one fry so I was put $3, but the sandwich was good.

Came in for dinner and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with extra pickles. Nate was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure I had extra pickles and fresh fries! Definitely 10/10 experience and the food was delicious! (:

We usually go to the one in Engle toad but was out in Strongsville. Went in staff made you feel so welcome from the start .I think the manager name was Will greeted myself and other customers right away while it seemed like he was training a new younger female .Food was absolutely made to the T the way I wanted it but what made the experience was that this manager was running a tight ship verry friendly and well organized team . I EVEN HEARD THIS MAN GREET A REGULAR CUSTOMER BY HER NAME SAY ITS GREAT SEEING TOU AGAIN AND ASKWD HOW HER AND HER FAMILY WAA THIS IS GHE CUSTOMER SERVICE WANT .As a supervisor in a business myself we are only as strong as our leader I give props to this man and also his team .I will only be going here from now on .Thank you for the great meal, service, and experience

Absolutely the best Italian sub I've had in a long time. Fresh bread, exactly as ordered. The fries were outstanding! Oh, fries were made upon my arrival, not sitting under a lamp, super fresh. The small order of fries was more than I could eat, very generous portion. I did add extra meat and cheese to my sub, probably would have been just as plentiful without doing that. Atmosphere....it's sub shop, lol, ample seating area. Keep up the good work Brunswick Penn Station! I will definitely be back!

The food was decent, but the cookies were burnt and dry. But some of the staff were just so nasty and had attitudes. I did not appreciate the way one of the lady's just threw my food on the table with no care...

Chicken Philly, Swiss, mayo, & extra banana peppers. When you get home put under broiler till bun golden brown & a bit crunchy on outside, soft in middle. BEST FOOD EVER! Get this & you'll never go back. Fresh cut fries best there are. Gotta eat them when hot. Use toaster oven to reheat

Always awesome, always great staff working with a sense of urgency. Just wish there were more locations. While traveling, I always stop, if I can find one.

Good food. Staff was friendly enough but much slower than I expected getting the order out. I get Penn station from all types of locations on a regular basis, I think there was two orders ahead of me and it took almost 20 minutes to get my food after I ordered it. Maybe I just caught them in a bad time I don't know. I'll go back soon and update if I have a better experience.Parking: You park there

I'm not much for fast food but when I'm in a rush, I would choose Penn Statin over any other fast food places. It's by far the cleanest from all the rest. Always greasy and hot. Very friendly staff too.

Last night, around 9:45 pm, my husband and I went to Penn Station to grab food. Upon arriving, the two workers were mopping and cleaning because they closed at 10. I sat in the car while my husband went inside. I could see that he wasn't greeted right away, but he patiently waited. Finally, the first guy took his order and began his sandwich. After a few minutes of observing from the car, I saw my husband's expression change. I decided to go see what was happening. He was going back and forth with both workers because one of them put his UNGLOVED hands into the fries container, put them in the fry basket, and was proceeding to cook them. My husband said that it was unsanitary, and that's when an argument ensued. We heard explanations that gloves were just "for show", that grease cooks at 350 degrees so it kills gems, health code says blah, blah, blah. Nasty is what it was - period! The rude guy refused to serve us, and when we asked for his name, he refused. We snapped a picture of him, which is attached, right before he flipped us off. He didn't care if we talked to the manager because he's "known them for 9 years." Hopefully, they learn better sanitary habits and better customer service skills!
