I used order pizza from past one year in this store but last three months service and taste of food not at all good.. when I entered to store no one is responding to customer. Today 02/14/2024 orders pizza it was very thin. I am not happy with this store from pat three months..today’s pizza not at all good..

This pizza hut is the absolute worst, inside smells like somebody destroyed the bathroom. Workers are there just to get payed, orders never get delivered cause they use Doordash. If I could 0 star. Somebody get the inspector now. They will fail 100% do not eat here!

We ordered on line and paid with a debit card. The app said that my pizza was ready for pickup (the payment already came out of my account) but when we arrived at the restaurant it was closed!!! No employees and no pizza and no lunch for me!

This Pizza Hut customer service may be the worse I could imagine. I ordered 2 pizza and a dessert. They apparently were out of the dessert and one of the pizzas. They said they tried to call me but when it went to vm they did not leave a message and said they assumed it was a fake order. Keep in mind, I paid for the pizza on line. They order was canceled without my knowledge and the app continued to show the pizza being made for over an hour. Do not order from here. They are rude and do a terrible job!

Our experience was anything but good. We ordered our pizza through the pizza hut website. When it was delivered, we were missing a pizza. Called the location, had to explain 3 times to 3 different people what happened. Spoke to Erica (store manager) who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She first thought we ordered through Doordash which we didn't and then accused the driver of stealing the pizza. Expected me to look in his car. She then asked if I expected them to make another pizza and deliver it. She stated she always sends out full orders. After having me on hold for more than 5 minutes She came back on the phone and said "there must've been an error on our part but I can't see how as I always ensure full orders" and said we would get our pizza soon. Not only did we wait another hour for our pizza but we never got the actual pizza we ordered. It was some random pizza. We also ordered extra marinara sauce for the bread sticks and never received that but still paid for it.

Probably ate my last Pizza Hut pizza. Always liked it, always defended it probably for nostalgias sale. I am amazed that PH is so inferior to Dominos nowadays in terms of technology and competence. App is way off on delivery time and food the last couple times has been mediocre at best. For $35 Id expect the pizza to be hot, but evidently when you cant figure out delivery times delivering a hot pizza is out of the question. Perhaps its time for Pizza Hut to go under and make way for places that can actually get your food delivered. The "were short staffed" excuses are getting old, we all deal with it at work so either hire people or close.

In the words of Ice a Cube, I make dough, but don't call me doughboy. Pizza Hut also makes a lot of dough, and turns that dough into delicious pan pizza. I usually prefer my pizza cooked on a hearth, but I can't pan pizza hut's delicious pizza. The sauce is sweet, the crust buttery, the cheese cooked perfectly. We love to go to the Pizza Hut lunch buffet. For less than $8 (not including tax and tip) you get access to all the pizza, pasta, and cinnamon sticks you want. But unlike most buffets, a soft drink is included! That kind of value is really appreciated by patrons like myself who are always looking for ways to make our limited dining dollars go as far as possible. On our most recent trip, we arrived famished, unsure if the pizza ovens would be able to keep up with our appetites. As we chowed down, pepperoni and cheese flying about like deck chairs on a ship in a hurricane, sauce dripping from our lips, they kept bringing more pizza and stocking the buffet. I assume the kitchen looked like the scene from the Leonardo Decaprio magnum opus Titanic where the men in the engine room of the sinking ship gave their lives to stoke the boilers to keep the fires burning and safe lives. Thank you Pizza Hut. We will be back.

The service was awesome. Our waitress was polite and prompt and the pizza was one of the best we had in years. We both started recommending this place to our friends.
Ordered the 2 toppings pizza online.Very bad. Very little toppings. Not tasty. Will never get it again. Better to order from somewhere else.

Pizza was awful. Woke up in the middle of the night with really bad heartburn. I never get heartburn from anything I eat. Pizza had zero flavor. Sauce tasted blah. Wont be back.

Ordered the $7.99 on-line special. Go to pick it up, girl-in-a-daze can't find the order given my name, phone number, or e-mail. Guy walks over, finds the order in two seconds, gets the pizza in 4 seconds. Girl just stands there stoned. Pizza was OK but too salty.

Gotta good deal on 2 mediums w unlimited tops. Tasty as always. Wish they baked an extra minute since so many toppings made it a bit soft in middle. Great crust. Ready in 10 mins or so. No issues!
