Stopped in for lunch just a little bit ago. Food was good, fresh & hot, but this review is really about SHANE. He’s awesome. Customer service is often lacking in a fast food environment, but not with Shane. He was friendly, funny and the reason I will be back to the Pearl rd. Location. Give him a raise!!

They were super fast and everything was fresh best location
I ordered food for an office meeting the day before the meeting. It was a large order totaling about $170. We scheduled pickup for 11:00am. When we arrived and asked for the order, they indicated they forgot. We waited 35 minutes while they got it together. The two people in the back thought it was pretty funny, very immature, very disappointing. When we arrived back at the office, as expected not everyone was there, because they couldn't wait any longer. The chicken and coleslaw were good. The fries and Texas toast were a waste of time. We have removed them from the list of places in the area to order from. If this type of an order can be forgotten, something is not running the right way.

This is my favorite fast food option in our area , and this particular location has had great service for dining in! I visited this location when I was pregnant and craving chicken tenders and with my baby a few times and every time, one of the employees made a conscious effort to be so helpful. They’d bring my food to me, or offer to clear the table for me when they saw I was finished eating. I appreciate the kindness I received and always pick this place over other fast food restaurants.
