I ordered 3 chicken teriyaki meals 1 with extra vegetables and extra shrimp, 1 with chicken and shrimp only and 1 only chicken. The one with extra shrimp the people couldn’t even be bothered to put the chicken in the meal. Smdh then when you call them they don’t answer the phone at all worst place I’ve ever been but they sure did get their money

My little sister was eating her kids meal as she finds a little WORM on her noodles. We didn’t take a picture but we were in awe of what we saw. We took it to the store and when the worker saw it he laughed about it with his boss. I’m disgusted. I’m never ever going to eat here. THERE WAS A WORM. I just cannot believe the disrespect I got while he started laughing as tho a little girl eating a worm is funny. Disrespectful and disgusting.

Normally I love this place. Today I even came to the mall specifically for Sarku. It is 10:30am on a Monday and they are not open yet. Their website, the mall's website, and Google all list the opening time as 10am. Wasted trip, wasted my time. Update your hours or open on time...and stop wasting your customer's time!

Mid food, they charge you a dollar for a refill in 2023. Place will go down like the rest of brick and mortar Malls these days. How far we've fallen as a society. Charging for refills should be a literal crime.
