“The drive thru isn’t designed so well. It loops back on to itself. And when it’s busy, the people waiting in line block the people just served and trying to exit. It’s a silly design. And today I ordered a venti gingerbread. I was taking my first sip and really had to tip the cup before anything came out. I popped the lid off and the drink was about 2” from the top. They really shorted me at this location. And on top of that the drink was just warm. Wasn’t hot at all. I didn’t complain. I just won’t frequent this location ever again“
“The baristas that work here are very knowledgeable and I can tell they enjoy doing what they do. For as crazy it gets, the baristas do their best to get my drink out immediately and usually they have it ready for me when they see me approaching the kiosk!“
“I just had the best Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino ever!!! I love this store because it's not only conveniently located (near SR 71 & the Ohio Turnpike, as well as across the street from Southpark Mall) but it's very clean with a friendly staff. Not only that, it stays open later than most stores (11:00 p.m. tonight). Needless to say, I'm sold on this location!“
“Best experience ever. Came in on a Monday morning for sandwich and coffee. Service was greeting me at the door and the sandwich was ready before I could even finish paying. Very pleased with the experience. Was just at the store on Bagley road where I will never return for all the opposite reasons.“
