If I could give this place a zero star for my grandma who literally got food poisoning all night, all day long. The people were literally in the back and not working and literally forgot about her order, forgot her stuff in the microwave never came back out for her order. Least to say her bread was STALE, Flakey, and literally in crumb’s. She was unable to eat the whole sandwich. There was absolutely nothing on it I do not recommend subway in Strongsville the bag walking out felt like a feather.

This is probably the best Subway around as far as fresh food quality, employee "quality" on a friendliness and service aspect and they have a nice, proper, clean, open dining room atmosphere.This should be a model for all other locations which sometimes leave a lot to be desired.Parking: Convenient and close.

Large Subway in the middle of town on Pearl Road, clean dining area, attentive staff. I eat at a lot of Subways and this is one of the best.

Lately no matter what time evening, I get bread that is like dried out or over cooked and crunchy.
I think this place is under new ownership because things have improved a lot in the past 6 months. The staff is well trained and efficient. There have been updates made to the fountain drink machine and checkout system. This place has improved so much from what it was before. I believe there used to be staff members that were constantly on drugs and I will admit to avoiding the place during that time. But I believe those people are gone and things seem great now! Give it a try again!

Worst subway ever been to. Had to wait because man in front of me so frustrated because worker couldn’t do coupon. I got 4 sandwiches got charged for 5 and then after ten minutes had to beg for my 6.99. Got back and 3 of the 4 the bread was so stale it crumbled. Shame on you!!!

This location charges you extra if you want your 12" sandwich halves wrapped individually. Never seen a subway do this. I'll be going to the subway down the road from now on.

Awful service, we placed an online order and they gave us the completely wrong sandwich. Since we were on break we called since we didn't have enough time to go back and asked if we could get a refund or a free sub tomorrow and they said they had a line and hung up on us when we asked for a different person or a Manger or anybody who could help. Wasted $15 on something that we couldn't even eat!
