Water was delightful but how do you forget onion rings? If you do order the fries expect lots of pepper. Never asked to refill our drinks. Also music was very loud. Service was slow despite low number of customers. I don’t know if it was just a bad night to come here or if this happens all the time. Anything involving meat I would not recommend. The burger I requested was supposed to be cooked at medium well and came out as pink as the bacon. Also the ribs were dry and the chicken was very rubbery. I do not think they were prepared for a high status critic to take notes of their food. Will not be coming back.

Ate here on 4/5/24. Got a mushroom burger. Asked for it medium. It was raw. Server asked me if I wanted them to remake it and I said no. They still charged us full price for the burger and took forever!

The food was decent I guess it depends on what you get. I got the 2 5 oz chicken breasts with 2 sides and the chicken was definitely not worth the money. It was rubbery and semi burnt in some places. The kids liked their food enough. But, I definitely won't return.

The $75 mistake -To start our waitress was very nice & friendly. She accommodated my family of 5 great.The quality of the food though was absurd, especially compared to past experiences here (under cooked salmon, over seasoned fries, over fried chicken strips hard as a rock, chicken & shrimp pasta missing the shrimp). All of our meals had something wrong with it.We didn't complain though because with a 5 yr old, 3yr old, & 10 month old you are kind of on borrowed time & also we will never return. Just want to warn future potential customers of our recent experience.All in all $63 for 2 entrees & 2 kids meals was a brutal reminder that these restaurants will continue to lose more/more business if they keep lowering their standards.I fully REGRET suggesting this restaurant especially with all the other options out there.

The best menu items are discontinued. Food was meh, it used to be very good. My salad wasn't bad, but my husband's ribs were disappointing. I will probably not go again. I know my husband won't.

Food was tasty, we had their harvest grain and Thai Mango salads with a side of Fries and chips and salsa. Fries were top notch! The chips and salsa left a bit to be desired on the chips, the salsa was tasty, had a Smokey feel! The service was good, our drinks were refilled promptly. The knock on the star rating was for the tad bit of cold atmosphere when it came to interactions with staff. Not negative, just sort of cold and apathetic.Ok. So if you’re interesting in wings, do know that they won’t allow you to split them via sauces. If you do want to try more than one sauce, you have to order their appetizer wings, which comes with 3 fewer wings for about $3 more!? ??♂️.Under the tables, your feet will stick to the floor, and the bathrooms have SUPER sticky floors.Dietary restrictions: My Partner is Vegan by allergies.. so it was the usual for her when it came to the menu, just picking from the leftover options. They do have an impossible burger, but it’s overpriced and as like other chains, just a frozen puck reheated.

Service/wait staff were courteous and wonderful.Reason for the rating was that the quality of the food felt comparable to that of fast food or less...(rubber-like chicken).Possibly a better restaurant for children that that prefer bland food?For ~$20/head I would recommend spending your money elsewhere...
