they didn’t put the lid all the way on and then when it spilled in the car, they refused to give me napkins. When they finally gave me a napkin, they only gave me two. she didn’t even say sorry. and then they didn’t even give me all my change back. Customer service is very horrible. 1/10 experience

Worst DQ I've ever encountered. Ordered a Misty Slush that was awful, ice not mixed at all with the flavoring, and a Chocolate Cone. The cone was stale and leaking ice cream through the bottom as soon as they gave it to me. They must have known as they has a napkin on the bottom of the cone. Terrible!

Normally I love this place because the service is fast and the people at the window are friendly. Tonight, not so much. The lady over the drive thru intercom sounded annoyed, and when I finally got my ice cream for the kids and myself about 15 minutes after arriving at the window, the ice cream was half-melted and none of the lids were secured to the cups. I know this DQ can do better.

I was very unhappy with how I was treated by a staff member, we asked politely if we could add another item at the window. only to get a remark "we are really busy" she said "can I just cash out the first order" so we paid for it thinking we can still add. she handed me the bag and said have a nice day. completely disregarded that I needed to add more. mind you there was 2 other cars in the drive thru!!!!! complete laziness, and extremely rude. how busy could you be having 3 cars to take care of. I will not be back.

Being run by a bunch of kids at night. Was charged $10 for a peanut buster parfait, after asking for extra peanuts and fudge. They added $0.89 6 times for the extra. I guess they wanted to be sarcastic since I asked for extra. I will support Handel's from now on, learned my lesson

My son wanted an ice cream cake this year for his birthday. I was not able to enter the store to pick out the cake so ordering it through the busted up speaker they have was not an easy feat. We finally ended up with a decent cake and the girl at the window asked me what I wanted written on it....she even wrote it down. I checked out drove home and when I went to put the cake in my freezer I noticed she had spelled my sons name wrong. I was dumbfounded. How do you write down the name and still misspell it? We didn't have time to deal with complaining or swapping it out as guests were already arriving so I told my son his name was spelled wrong and we just had a chuckle. My suggestion is an ADULT manager needs to be on the premises at all times. My sons name should have been spelled NathAn
