I have been a lifetime Struthers resident and a lifelong Elmton customer and fan. Until today. I called to get a couple of chicken dinners. The staff called back with some confusion (again, it's only two dinners). No problem, I clarified what we ordered. They called back again about two minutes later because they were confused again. (Really?!? - it seriously was only two dinners). I canceled the order due to a lack of intelligence on their part. I asked to talk to the owner, and when he got on, he hung up on me mid sentence as I was explaining the problem. It would have been nice if he had made an attempt to diffuse the situation. I have heard from multiple people how much of an a$$hat Jack can be. I got to experience it firsthand today. I will make sure I let everyone I know how he values his customers.

One of my favorite pizza places ever. They have an amazing crust and a unique cheese blend. Absolutely recommended if you're looking for great pizza.
The service here was so awful that it overpowers any good about this place. We have been meaning to check it out and stopped in tonight for the first time. They were busy, but expected that for 7pm on a Saturday and we were more than patient waiting almost 30 minutes to get our drinks and then another 30/40 minutes to get our food. My husband ordered the veal Parm sandwich, and when our server brought it out, she was very quick to shame him for ordering veal. Going into details of how she believes the animal is slaughtered and using our seven month old daughter, that was with us, as a point of comparison. As she was walking away from our table after that speech, she continued to call my husband, a “bad man”. We were both too shocked to fully process this. Do yourself a favor an enjoy one of the other restaurants in town instead.

Being from out of town, we were looking for a good place for dinner & The Elmton was referred to us by a friend. We couldn't find anything bad about the place. Some of the best pizzas we ever had, Both styles of pizza were very good, but the thicker one edged out the thinner version for us. Both were almost equally amazing. I usually have photos, but unfortunately, on this trip, I took them on snapchat & forgot to save them. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the food served here. Everything we saw coming out to the other tables looked amazing!

We had a large group, about 14 people, and the server was great! They were pretty busy but our food came at a reasonable time. The pizza is excellent, and I wish we had one closer to our location!
