Trust me, You can literally pay for someone’s else delivery to any meal you want before you have to buy this ready made 8” sandwich for $20. Enough is enoughParking: I choose paid parking since they’re charging you so much for food

By far the slowest JJ's I've been to in a while. The only one working with any kind of pace wasn't having a good day either. And I don't mean the other workers were slow, I mean they were SLOOOOOW! No complaints about food, however.

Saw a lot of bad reviews but they are from last year. Been here multiple times in the last couple weeks and the roast beef sandwich #10 rocks! Fresh food, great service and fast. I will be going back soon to get my free sandwich for signing up with their rewards program. The potato salad is good too. My wife doesn't even like cold sandwiches but kept stealing my roast beef sandwich so it must be great :)

This store took $50 of my money. After waiting an hour & 20 mins for my order I finally called the store for them to tell me they have no one to deliver my food. If I would have never called, I would have never known this. They made no effort to even try to get ahold of me. I was also told they “voided” my order & when asked about getting my money back the guy on the phone didn’t know what to tell me. So no food & I am out $50 I am so mad!

Door handle on the inside of the bathroom was broken, nearly locking me in. I alerted the staff to this and they said they knew. I asked them to put a sign up to prevent it from happening to anyone else and they would not.

For a long time this was a great Jimmy Johns. But they don’t practice proper hand washing. They need to enforce hand washing, changing gloves between dealing with money and the register then changing to making food. Two times they have done on separate visits. Guess the third time will be the charm?
My sandwich was not made the way I requested and it had very little meat.

The worst restaurant hands down, hey Jimmy Johns time to check in and get new management at this location. Nothing was made correctly...and I'm not super picky. Communication with the staff on correcting my order was impossible...even trying to get refund was painful. I'll never go to this location again. Shame because I like jimmy John's food, I'll have to stick with the Beavercreek location.

Best customer service I've maybe ever had. The manager made sure to take care of me and my order after I ordered for delivery online when their delivery was already done for the night. He called me and set up a pickup for me, and made sure that everything was all good. Hard to get service like this these days, and all of the employees here did an amazing job, and I appreciate them greatly ?
