I usually go here from time to time after a long day at work, but two days ago I had a shake and a double steak burger, and got food poisoning from it.mind you I hadn’t eaten all day, was up all night throwing up + diarrhea. It was truly horrible. Never Again will I set foot on steak & shake restaurants.

They've gone down hill. Forced to order from a kiosk and asked by the kiosk if I'm going to leave a tip. People don't acknowledge you walked in. Servers don't actually serve. What am I tipping for. I'd rather tip the lunch lady in a cafeteria. Let's start tipping vending machines while we're at it. Put the service back in service

Best steak n shake ever. The gentleman cleaning the seating area was doing a great job. We were impressed at his cleaning even the task cans in and out. The service was friendly and fast. Food was hot and v spot on.

The food was hot and delicious but as usual the burgers left your hand dripping in grease. I guess some would call that juicy I call it artery clogging. But I guess if you worried about that you would not eat anything ?

Totally self serve? Getting refills are a pain. If I was going to come back it wouldn't surprise me if we are asked to cook our own food. No shortage of salt thats for sure. Didn't leave a star for service because there was NO service.

Came here expecting an actual dinner, instead was greeted by a machine that we had to place an order on..When we went to go get our drink refill we were told that you only get 3, which is completely stupid, it's for "theft prevention", who the hell is bringing a 5 gallon bucket to steal soda? Their "policy" is 48 oz per drink, but their machine didn't give us the other tickets so we could only fill up our drinks once each..The food was okay, the cheese tasted a little old though. This place has lost its touch, it used to be a great environment but now it's very bland..do not recommend unless you enjoy being disappointed.
