We only visited the market, not the Cafe. But the market had a deli counter for take away food and it was busy. Very clean and organized. A large quantity of bulk foods at very good prices. I bought some corn meal for grits and polenta at 30% of supermarket prices. Staff was friendly. Good signage. Small parking area. Large homeopathic remedy selection

I love this shop they always have what I need for baking and cooking. Getting healthy local options is the best. Everyone there is really friendly and willing to help. I have to come in and get some ice cream or a salad. Always stop on the way home. Do to shoulder surgery, and I can't get a cone to go. But it's on the list.

It's a market style grocery store but also a nice little place to grab a quick salad or sandwich for lunch. They make the food right in front of you. There's a small seating area off to the side to eat inside or you can take it to go. The food is very fresh & simple.
