So I had the pleasure of shopping at the outlet and went into this fine place for (2) medium mixer lemonades and a large pizza pretzel and a cheese sauce. I spent over 18 dollars on four items, first off the service was horrible I guess because I didn’t tip off my card, I can tell the shift and tone in the girl (cashier) which I still had time to tip in cash but that was a big no, no for me and second the cheese sauce was cold. So are these people working off of tips to ring us up? I don’t mind tipping if I’m being served and the service is good but I’m not tipping no person with a bad attitude and flat out rude.

The cinnamon pretzels with cream cheese always hits the spot. I tried the strawberry frozen lemonade and was pleasantly surprised. It was way better than I thought it would be

Pretzels were dry and luke warm, cheese was cold. There just wasn't much flavor to the pretzels. Very disappointed compared to other Auntie Anne's I have been to.
Normally I have no complaints about Auntie Annes but on my more recent visit the pretzels were burnt and dried out. Super disappointing. ?

Quite possibly the most disappointing $12 (over priced ) I have ever spent. Pretzels bites tasted old and warmed up. Busy mall so I doubt they were. The cheese cups are horrible, for the price , have a warmer and give me a cup of warm cheese. Shame. Only good thing was the lemonade. Not worth $12, add vodka, maybe.
