The service has gotten progressively worse each time we have ordered. Not only did I stand in the shop and wait for my order for 30 mins, I watched employees not wash their hands, worry about making their own food over customers but they forgot 2 of my 3 items. My pizza sat for 20 mins until they realized my 2nd pizza wasn't even made, then once it was done I asked for my salad only to find out they forgot that as well. Very disappointed in the entire experience. There was no empathy or forgiveness that they messed up. Zero respect for their customers and no professional for how the situation was handled. Doesn't even deserve 1 star but no option to pick zero or negative stars.
