The food is always good. But this time the Lasagna dinner was half the usual size. We noted that the usual manager was off today - but that shouldn't make a difference. One diner was very disappointed.

Girl who answers phone was RUDE from the beginning, like an inconvenience. I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza, she was aware by the notes and comments under my order, that I was wanting a different pizza. She continued to tell me I was wrong, she reread it and all that. I agree I was wrong, but she was being nasty to me, not truly understanding her anger behind it. I feel bad for the staff that works with her. She was clearly upset that I called to even question it and now stuck with a pizza I physically can’t eat nor did she care. Awful customer service. I really like bambino’s but I won’t be ordering from this one because of that girl.

The pizza was great but the party sized salad I ordered was terrible. Some of the lettuce was not edible. It looked like it either had been frozen at some point or was just really old. We had guests and I could not serve it.
