Staff is wonderful. Facility needs repairs and to be cleaner. Front door hasn't closed right since January which allows cold air to flow freely. Several repairs needed in women's restroom.
Let me just say I have been a barista for over five years at a few different chains and a few independent shops and I haven't seen delicious foam like I drank today since I used to make my own! I didn't catch the barista's name that made my drink, but he was brunette with chin length hair. He deserves a raise!! Whoever trained him did a fabulous job! Like I said, best foam I've had in a very long time. Thank you so much! I'm coming back to this Biggby!!!

Staff is great, especially Megan. I wish the owner would fix the front door. It hasn't closed tight since November. The lounge area is clean and tidy, the bathroom is dirty. It could use a thorough cleaning. And not just the sink and toilet.
