It's a cute little shop. Took my daughter to pick out doughnuts for her class. Sadly, the staff couldn't smile or even act like they were happy which ruined my daughter's experience. I've been a few times before without my daughter and the staff just aren't friendly overall.
As far as Dunkin's go, its fine. However, this location has the absolute WORST parking lot & drive thru. When you try to exit the drive thru, you literally have to make a 3 point turn to be able to safety turn right because of how tight it is. Just a very bad design all around and it's enough to keep me from going.

This Dunkin is always hit or miss. It's either great or not so great. Sometimes you get great customer service, sometimes you can't even get an order out without the worker constantly cutting you off and asking, "is that all?" Sometimes you get great coffee, sometimes it isn't made correctly. They often say their grill is down as well and you can't order food. It is a clean facility and recently remodeled.
