Issues across the board. The only thing consistent about this location is bad service and old, cold, hastily prepared slop. My biggest gripe is the rude unapologetic staff who act like at any request you are inconveniencing them. There is not an ounce of care that goes into the food they prepare. 9 times out of ten I have to walk my food back into the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

App & Google say they’re open until 1am. I placed an online order at 11:54pm, get there at 12:02 and wait 15 minutes. Pull around and I am told that they closed at midnight. It would be nice if they updated their hours. I wasted 25 minutes of my life and received no food.

Fat old lady cashier was VERY rude on the mic, and when paying for the food. I did nothing wrong and she even called me the n word. She should not work there. I'm not even black!!!
I go out of my way to attend this location. Service is better than most. Quality is good for McDs. Food is almost always fresh. Prices are only slightly lower than other locations.

We dined in, only people in the place. Very clean and friendly. Waited 7 minutes for our 2 meals and the fries were terrible! I don't even understand how that's possible. They were over-cooked, dry and about 2/3 of my large fry was crumb-like, hard little slivers of what must be the bottom of the bag. The restaurant was clean and the people were friendly, just don't know how you A) mess up fries that badly when we're the only customers and B) then serve those messed up fries to your only customers. Disappointed.

The woman working in the lobby were very friendly !! We placed our order and wait 20 minutes for our order while everyone that ordered after us got their food !! Also fries were dropped 2 xs and cold or the oil needs changed !!

This used to be a great McDonald’s. I wish I was over exaggerating when I say this, but literally the last 6 visits have yielded undercooked fries. I’m not terribly picky and don’t mind if the fries are slightly over done or slightly undercooked….but we’re talking borderline raw fries. They feel like wet noodles. The sandwiches have been very sloppily put together (but otherwise good to eat) and on today’s visit, the woman at the pay window was making a call on her air pods.. .barely paying attention to the task at hand. It was an overall a poor experience after a series of other poor experiences. I’m sure this location could step up their game and get back on track, but until then I’m keeping this review up.
