Just went to Romeo’s Pizza in Sylvania after many people have told us that it is the BEST pizza EVER! And you know what . . . THEY WERE RIGHT! When we went in to order, the place was clean, organized and the owner couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful in explaining what Romeo’s pizza was all about. We ordered a few different pizzas and they were just so fresh and delicious. Romeo’s is now our new go to Pizza place and we will be sure to spread the word!Vegetarian options: It had so many delicious fresh vegetables to choose from.

First time ordering from here, and after 2 hours of waiting no pizza was delivered. I called after an hour and 20 mins only to find out that the delivery driver wasn’t there and was supposed to be on the way back in 20 mins and would be on the way here. After the 2 hour mark I called again and the chick that answered said the driver still isn’t back and wouldn’t be for at least another 20 mins. She asked if I wanted the order re-made or refunded. Ummm after 2 hours of waiting to wait for it to be made again and she was still unsure of how long it would take to get here, I asked for a refund. Terrible customer service and now, I will never try the pizza or order from here again. Get it together Romeo’s.

Disappointing! Had 3 grandkids over, ordered large pizza, calzone, salad and boneless chicken wings (delivered). I have never had more than 1/2 pizza left or more overcooked chicken. Yes, salad was good and the calzone acceptable. Just disappointing. We ordered light amount of sauce (on the pizza) ignored. Ok, I did not call them back; I should but why?
I was shocked to see some of the opinions about Romeo's Pizza. I have never had any bad service nor have I ever had any bad food from there. I would highly recommend Romeo's Pizza ?❣️

Had a great experience with the Sylvania Romeo's Pizza! The pizza was tasty and the prices were very fair. One of the best places in Sylvania for pizza. Just as important as the product quality, this is a family-run establishment by great people who are generous in their local community. Definitely the type of people who are grateful for your business and support.

This place is a complete joke. I placed an order for 2 subs and as of this posting it is 35 minutes late. I will NEVER use the poor exclude of a pizza joint again. I will post on everyone of my social medias. This place is HORRIBLE
