During my recent visit to Subway, I encountered an exceptionally disappointing interaction with a staff member, a young girl with red hair and glasses, that exemplified poor service. From the moment I approached the counter, her demeanor was unfriendly and unhelpful. She displayed a lack of attentiveness and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. Her responses were curt and dismissive, leaving me feeling unwelcome. Additionally, she had put in one headphone right before I came up to the counter. This encounter was a stark reminder of the negative impact that a single staff member's attitude can have on a customer's overall experience and unfortunately, I was the customer. Overall, the other young girl there was extremely helpful and kind, and my food was excellent.

I usually order from the one on Main Street, but lately I’ve had to order from this one because it’s closer to my work. The problem is that they ALWAYS get my order wrong. And tonight was no different. I ordered online and asked for extra veggies (a little less banana peppers) and extra cheese. They did not give me extra anything…not even the cheese I had to pay extra for to get the extra cheese. And when I called…of course they don’t answer. So I’m out of money a sub that I ordered and wasn’t done right.

Decided to stop at subway for lunch , unfortunately I was ignored/not acknowledged by the person working. I stood at the front for a while before leaving due to my break only being 30mins, this was a huge inconvenience.. I was unable to make an order

Ordered a protien bowl and none of the meat was cut up, also my blt Salad had no bacon in it. And when I asked her what she would do about it...she said "I mean theres nothing we can do about it now" with an attitude. Do not recommend this restaurant.
